Hari Raya is a special occasion that been celebrated by all Muslims from all over the world. All Muslims will going through fasting month before celebrate Hari Raya. I am sure everyone cannot wait to celebrate Hari Raya. In celebrating Hari Raya, we should remember the suffering that been experienced by Palestinians. Let's hope that everything will over soon.
Like the previous years, my family and i celebrated Hari Raya in the village. On first Syawal, after Subuh prayer i and my family went to the cemetery. Its early in the morning and the traffic still going smoothly. We recites surah Yasin to our grandparents who was gone leaving us. After that, we went home and prepared the meals for breakfast. I am helping my mum making simple dishes at the kitchen before take heavy meals that is scrambled egg with toasted bread and coffee. The day before Hari Raya, my mum already cooked ' ketupat ', ' rendang ', and so on.

Before we went to the mosque we ate the must menu on Hari Raya that is 'ketupat', 'rendang', 'satays' and so on. It so delicious till i am licking my fingers. After Hari Raya prayers, we went home and prepared ourselves with new outfit. Then, i and my siblings ask forgiveness from our parents physically and spiritually. Next, we heading to relative's house and friends. This is the best part that i loved because i can collect money as much i can. Although i am already 18 years old but the childish nature is still there. I believed that everyone have that childish side.

During night, there are celebrations with firecrackers by playing certain firecrackers as enforced by the authorities. Hari Raya is meaningless without any firecrackers but make sure not dangerous firecrackers such as bamboo cannon.

Lastly, i feels so grateful because i still have my family to celebrate Hari Raya. Hari Raya is not only a special day but it keeps the happiest moment in my memories. It also a day we ask forgiveness, reconciled and renew relationship with others. It just a new beginning to me and my family to start fresh and let the past go. Time to open a new story and be better than the past.
That's all about my Hari Raya celebration. Although it just moderate and does not have any 'wow' factor, it such a meaningful day to me and my family because it just only the day that we gathered to 'salam' or shakes hand with each of family members. By the way, Selamat Hari Raya and peace.

Today is the day i have been waiting for to went hometown. I felt so happy because i cannot wait to celebrate Hari Raya AidilFitri with my family. Unfortunately, the bus i have been waiting for is not arrived.Maybe it was stucked in the traffic.

27/7/2014, "Night before Hari Raya AidilFitri"
At the night Hari Raya, my parent is not at home and i have to take the responsibility to give an order to my sister to tidy up the the living room. I and my sister works together to make sure that everything will be done unexpected.
28/7/2014, "First Raya"
Early in the morning, i am helping my mum in the kitchen for prepared 'Nasi Dagang',cocktail and 'Rendang'. After that,my family and i ate the menu that had been prepared.

Next, we went to the mosque for Solat Hari Raya. I and my siblings ask forgiveness for our parents and we got a money. Then, we visited our relatives and neighborhood. I got a chance to meet with my all my cousins and it was a great moment because it take once a year to meet them. I used this opportunities to talk and spend time with them.
At the night, we all playing firecrackers at the backyard. Although, i has been bitten by mosquitoes but i did not care because only this time i can plays it. It almost midnight, my parents ask me and my cousins to get to bed because the next day we have many things to do for open house.
That's all about my Hari Raya celebration. I hope you all will likes it.

Hooreyyyy !!! 'Hari Raya' is coming soon. I can't wait to celebrate it with my family. I'm very miss my parents and only one my sister. Today , I'm going back to my hometown at Kuala Terengganu by SP Bumi bus . At 6o'clock , I'm start my journey and it take three hours to arrived there . In the bus , i'm was very bored.
One day before 'Hari Raya' , my family was very busy to prepare home to celebrate it. My sister and i busy to tidy up living room , mopped the floor , wipe the windows , set up the curtains and others. While my dad and mum busy buy some groceries to cook some food for tomorrow. At the night after finish iftar , my sister and i went infornt of house to play firecracker , put in oil lamp , and see my neighbourhood playing a beautiful firework.
Early morning 'Hari Raya' , my sister and i woke up and helping my mum in the kitchen to prepare some food such as 'Nasi Impit' , 'Ketupat' , Satay with 'Rendang Ayam' and 'Kuah Kacang' . After finish , we all take a bath. After finish already wearing complete with 'Baju Raya' , my sister and i ask forgiveness from our parents for what we have done.
Before we go to mosque , my family and i ate some food that have been prepared. After done 'Solat Sunat Hari Raya' , we was visiting our relatives before went home. After a half an hour at home , many relatives came to celebrate together. I'll makes drink's 'Teh O Ais Lemon' to our guest. I'm was very happy and grateful because can meet all my aunt and cousin. My sister and i also happy because get much money on that day .. ^_^
