My favourite food is of course Malay cuisins that is 'nasi minyak'. In my family, 'nasi minyak' is rarely served because of it calories and cholesterol but i still likes it. It been served on special ocassion. 'Nasi minyak' is a rice that been cooked with butter , gheebland, onions and spices such as cinnamon, cloves and starnish. It serves along with 'dalca' or mix vegetables in the gravy such as eggplant, long bean, pineapple and potato. Nexr, other dish that been served with 'nasi minyak' is 'kurma', 'kerutuk' and 'sambal'. The more the heat, the more i likes it.

Usually 'nasi minyak' is yellow in colour. Some people just puts gheebland and colour additives in 'nasi minyak' while my mom puts additional ingrrediant like butter or planta to make it colourful and more tasty. By the way, there is many versions of 'nasi minyak' i have found. Some people prefers to serve it with 'ayam masak merah' but it went wrong with my palate. I most prefers to serve it with dish that i mention on paragraph 2.
That is my favourite food and the one that i die for.
